Thanks for your advice and comment. I think I'll try the powder form as someone mentioned it can be quite heaty and bloated after consuming. YES it is not cheap! I intend to get friend from Japan to ship back for me, if the amount is too significant.

is it the amino collagen powder you are talking abt or the tense up ex? I heard you've got to consume quite a fair bit of amino collagen powder to see the effect. Yes the shipping for tense ex from japan is crazy! i tried to get it from fancl japan. The savings were not significant :(
