I board SBS57 at Depot Road and it took me an hour to reach KKH. I went straight to get little baby girl a gift.
Vas was admitted to Ward 81 but baby was still at Special Care Nursery. We had a little chat and we made a trip to SCN to take a look at her newborn. Poor Vas has allergy to all analgesic that she was only given Tramadol to ease the pain, her incision wound was pretty painful and it took our friend almost 30 min to get to her chair. *sayang* 
This is SCN at KKH, a step down unit for neonate from NICU. Nurses are friendly and we are allowed to take photos. Oh...babies are so tiny and cute.. 
Here is her little girl, she looks so much like Vas ! Again, congratulations on your newborn and your 4-mth maternity leave !

I am selling my 02 ATOM PURE. This buddy is less than 2 years old and it will go together with his brothers and sisters (charger, usb charger, stylus, box). Too bad his insurance(warranty) has already expired but he is still healthy and he has never went to see any doctors(service) so far. Most importantly, he is not costly. You may bring him back at SGD150 because a new fellow (iphone) is going to occupy his bed at home.

Firstly, it is not easy to conceive. We have to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make sure our weight is within the healthy range before ttc.
After conceiving, we must face any form of complications from gestation to childbirth - miscarriage, bleeding, swollen legs, backache, skin stretch marks, appearance of varicose veins, weight increase, rashes (in some cases)
During childbirth, the PAIN and FEAR are indescribable.
Right after that, there may be lacerations of the uterine cervix, perineal ruptures, episiotomy scars, loss of strength of the structures of the pelvic floor, cystoceles, breast and abdominal flabbiness, etc. If a caesarean section is performed, parturition traumas are avoided, but surgical scars remain.
That's why I always think that guys will never understand how we feel during gestation and labor.

I was very happy but worry when I recieved an sms from ssn chua at 7am, telling me that vas has given birth to a baby but is a pre-mature baby. I'll be going to hospital after work to give her a hug...There are also a few mothers-to-be among my readers. Congratulations!!! Million thanks to our BIL for ferrying us to Philips for their Carnival Sale on last weekend. Yes, it was pouring like crazy and the human traffic was bad later in the late afternoon. For those who didn't go, YOU'VE MISSED THE BOAT!!! The prices slashed by more than 50% for most items and with SGD263 (UP approx.SGD450)we got dvd, radio clock and dect phones! N and C strongly recommended this phone to us as it is different from the ordinary analog cordless phone whereby it won't interfere with WIFI signal. The best part is the set comes with 2 phones, so we don't have to run up and down when the phones ring. *thumps Up*

Bulk Purchase and SPREE ...stay tune
I am indeed a little bit too free until Nat starts to pursuade me to go ahead organising bulk purchase and sprees. It is quite popular among Singaporean, due to their busy schedules, they like to do online shopping. We, as organiser have to source for products, check for market demand, email supplier/distributors, start a spree/bp, collect payment, make payment, receive goods and send them out to all buyers. It sounds simple, right? It is always easier said than done, especially when items are "oos" and need to inform buyers for alternatives *tsk tsk* it can be quite leceh(troublesome) and confuse too when the products are ordered from overseas, you need to look into the exchange rate, shipping cost, shipment duration as well as handling fee. The bad experience was a spree few years back (german company), I used my credit card to make payment and weeks after ordering, there were some orders to US using my cc (reflected on my bill) and we were charged approx SGD500! Why am I ordering funny things and ship to US when I am in Sg?! Yeah, my cc no. was used by others and did I settle my bill? YES, we have to and Citibank said they will investigate the matter and you know what, Ben and I just rest the matter and only make online purchase at reliable online store after that incident.
so, am I born to do this? I don't know...hahaa.. I used to help my ex-colleagues to order food - Ang gu kueh. I would go around asking for orders and walk to the store to make purchase. I enjoyed distributing them but I never enjoyed when I had to carry 100 pcs of agg back to the clinic. *hahahahaa* On and off you will see me organising spree for Birkenstock Sandals too so now I am sourcing for other products.

Mooncake
We all like to eat the formal Crown Prince Hotel's flaffy pastry "Or Ni" mooncake 潮州芋泥月饼, especially me because I don't eat the traditional baked mooncake. Well, cravings started and we are like die-die must buy when we know we can get the yam mooncake at Peony Jade while shopping at The Central last week. Yeah, we walked in the rain just to get these yummy delicacies.
Thumbs up for their mooncakes! I was so careless for not double checking them before leaving the restaurant as we ended up buying the one without york, arrgghhhh... *did you see my hello kitty table cloth?*As for our all time favourite - Durian Mooncake, we are going to give it a miss for this year as the prices are just way too expensive at >SGD50 for a box of 4 snowskin durian mooncakes. I think is better to spend SGD50 on PURE DURIAN PULP. Hahaha.. *I may reconsider when the date is drawing near because they normally give better discount to clear their stock*
