锅贴 Gyoza

I make some 锅贴 (Gyoza / 'Potstickers') for Ben and Ju today for dinner. Oily Oily~ This isn't my first time frying 锅贴 but first time folding it the Taiwanese way.

Thanks for dropping by. If you wanna get the ready made skin, can get it at any supermarkets. If you wanna make, ingredients are - plain flour, salt, oil and boiling water
