My swimming schedule : Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

I must have some exercise regime! I've put on some weight ( uniform is getting tighter), of cause that's not uniform's fault. I hope my boobs size remains the same but my BUTT and THIGHs, please la....go away from me..... I promise I'll be good girl!! From now onwards, I will have only 25% of my food portion.

Once a Week
-Soft drink (150mls) if craving

Once a Month
-Deep Fried Food, including Fast Food, fries

Twice a Week
-Rice (a bowl)
-Sweet but not soft drinks

Twice a Month
-Nasi Lemak
-sinful hawker centre food

Daily
- Soup and Vegetable
