saw yr post of this cookies, i've got the cutter u posted too. but i jus can't get the cut out of the shap nicely from my dough although i've chilled for an hour. i would be grateful if u could share with me yr recipe or advise?

I would love to share my recipe but not now as I'm very busy now baking for CNY sale.
From my experience, it really depends what flour you're using. I made two dough yesterday and using the same flour, still, the texture is slightly diff as well as the colour, I thought it would be ok but now I have to discard 2 tubs of the cookies I've baked because they are out-of-shape.
