Postpone..again

All right, the departure date for his Shanghai Business Trip has been postponed again!

Please don't ask me how many times, It's countless!

Anyway, the date no longer bothers me so much as I've already decided to leave my working place, so I am a "FREE GIRL"!

I cannot imagine myself having my first "winter trip" in China..

Read about winter in Shanghai will be bitterly cold and wet, Ben and I are not excited at all, think I need to get a few winter clothes since I have more than a week to pack our stuff...

It was a boring Saturday afternoon so I decided to walk to Amoy Street to see if I can find my favourite Onde Onde selling by Sgkueh.com. See the varieties of kueh they have! I love the steam tapioca, taste better than Xing Xing Tapioca Cake, imo.

I bought 9-layer kuih, pandan custard kuih, Onde Onde and steam tapioca kuih...

"Smart me" forgot to buy their specialities - Yam Paste with Ginko Nuts!! I smsed Ben right a way that I almost kill myself for not getting that dessert!

A Hard-Core KOSÉ Fan

I believe all girls have their favourite brands of skin care products. For me(just found out not long ago), a hard-core KOSÉ Fan for at least 3 years!

After looking at my facial powder wash, lotion, night cream, hydration mask, white mask, then I realised I've been buying the same KOSÉ products for the past 3 years unfailingly. I must take a firm stand that this is really a very very good brand!...or else? Why am I so obsess about their products?

Okok, let me do a 'lil intro :

!! RAVE !! Seikisho Soap ($32 with case, 120g / $28 refill ) Final clean-up to your cleansing routine to enhance the penetration of subsequent skincare products. IMO : It will be a little bit messy after some time, afterall, is soap..*rolling eyes* unless you don't mind, or else, is a good buy! We switched to Powder Form since it lauched 2 years back.

!! RAVE !! Kose Sekkisei White Powder Wash ($43, 100gm)blends with special hydrating ingredient which creates a thin protective layer on the skin after cleansing & helps to maintain softness and minimizes irritation to the skin. IMO : Ben and I love it! I remember when our luggages were been checked before checked in (United Airline)the lady was looking at my powder wash and started to intro it to her colleagues. Yeah, we then discussed about the price and how good the product is!

!! Rave !! Seikkisei Lotion Mask ($25, 5 masks per box) IMO : For lazy bum like me ! Look at the price, Cheeeaaapppp.... is actually the combination of the lotion and the kose paper mask, I bought because it is convenient, if you don't mind, place the paper mask in the filled lotion cap and the pellet will be a lotion mask, apply for 5 -10min. Voila~

Sekkisei Emulsion ($80, 140mls) Moisturizes and softens, as well as gives skin a balance of moisture and lipids. IMO : I was told to use it only at night but I find it a bit oily but still bearable..

!! RAVE !! Beaute de Kose Ultimation Day Serum SPF 20 PA+++($80? 30ml) IMO : A must use product before leaving the house every morning! Keep my face smooth and flawless for whole day, easy to use and not greasy.

Chris suggested to bring us to ECP for cycling later in the evening. Do you know when was the last time I went cycling? Okay, it was close to 18 years back. With Eugene, Jackie, Nat, Marg, Uncle Chee and Aunt June.... I still remembered Eugene broke his front tooth~

Okok, that was long long time ago. Today we saw plenty of people barbecuing, cycling, roller blading, walking dogs, jogging... along ECP. When we finally got a car park lot, we went to rent 2 "couple bikes." Wonder how does it look like? Here you are :

We cycled for about 1.5 hours, yeah! All the way to Bedok Jetty where most people fishing their "kunning".

At the same time, we saw sand castles, passed by Singapore First Cable Ski Park and East Coast Lagoon Food Village. Oh no, Food Village!

St. Regis Hotel Shanghai

I decided not to bake anything today and try to go through some travel informations. Ben told me we will be staying at St. Regis Hotel, located at the city centre. The best part is, there is an indoor swimming pools! Tariff at >SGD300 per night, thank god his company is going to pay for that, so, being a senior peon also has some welfare. "welfare?", come on, no pain no gain. Today is Saturday and Ben is still working from home, ok? I no longer wonder why there are so many conference calls to be made and why must work till late night and sometimes over the PH and weekends... Because the company is making $$
